A couple of days ago I did this manicure and I seriously love it! I never thought about putting a matte top coat on top of a shimmery nail polish. But I saw it somewhere, I don't remember if it was in a magazine or on a commercial or something like that, but I decided to try it out. And violá
I used my E.L.F. nail polish in 'Metal Madness' and topped it off with my favorite matte top coat from L'Oréal.
I think I am going to try out all my shimmer/glitter nail polishes now with a matte top coat.
wauw...loocks really nice! the matte look is really nice:)
